Notice of any additions to the above schedule, or changes in the time, date or place of any scheduled meeting, will be posted, in advance, in this location, delivered to the Daily Record and Courier News and filed with the Clerk in those Municipalities in which the Authority has jurisdiction, as required by law. Advanced notice will not be provided for qualified emergency meetings as per the provisions of N.J.S.A. 10:4-9.
