The online portal is now available to view account information including charges, balances, water readings and usage for four billing cycles.


When is Your Bill Due

The MUA bills for service every three months. When you get you bill depends on your location. There are three billing zones. The approximate locations and billing dates are shown below:

Bills are due upon receipt. Penalty of 1.5% will post on outstanding balances on the last day of each month.

What Period Does My Bill Cover

Your sewer bill is billed in advance and covers the month of the bill date and the following two months. Your water bill covers your water usage in the three months prior to the bill date. For Example, if you bill is dated January 1st, the sewer covers January, February and March of the current year. The water portion of the bill covers October, November and December of the prior year.

Paying Your Utility Bill

  • Mail your payment to WTMUA, 46 East Mill Rd, Long Valley, NJ 07853
  • Drop your payment off at the Authority's Administrative office at 46 East Mill Road in Long Valley between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM during workdays or in the drop box outside the front door.
  • Online through e-check/bank account debit as well as VISA, Master Card and Discover credit or debit cards. Simply click on the county where the property is located:

Paying Connection Related Fees

Connection related fees can be paid at the office or online through electronic payments. To process electronic payments, you will need your account number. Account numbers for these payment types differ from your utility bill. Call the Administrative Office at 908-876-3145 if you need help locating your number.
