Your Bill

When is Your Bill Due

The MUA bills for service every three months. When you get you bill depends on your location. There are three billing zones. The approximate locations and billing dates are shown below:

Bills are due on receipt. Accounts are considered delinquent one (1) month after the date on the bill. Interest will be charged on delinquent accounts from the date of the bill at the rate of 1.5% per month.

Paying Your Bill

You can pay your bill by mailing your payment and the bill stub to the Authority or by hand delivering it at the Authority's Administrative office. The office and mailing address is:

The office is open between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM workdays. A payment drop box is available, outside the front door, for your convenience.

We now accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and Diners Club Credit or Debit Cards for all payment obligations.
