Paying Your Bill

You can pay you bill by mailing your payment and the bill stub to the Authority or by hand delivering it at the Authority's Administrative office. The office and mailing address is:

You can visit the office between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM workdays.

When is Your Bill Due

The MUA bills for service every three months. When you get you bill depends on your location. There are three billing zones. The approximate are and billing dates are shown below:

Bills are due on receipt. Accounts are considered delinquent one (1) month after the date on the bill. Interest will be charged on delinquent accounts from the date of the bill at the rate of 1.5% per month.

Credit / Debit Cards

We now accept payment by Credit or Debit Card. To use this service you must either call in the card information or pay your bill at the MUA office. On line payment is in the works. We hope to have that service ready in the near future.
